  How to cook fried rice with pineapple(Khao-pad-sapparot)
Ingredient to cook Thai fried rice with pineapple menu.
  • 400g.pineapple fresh,cut into small pieces
  • 200g onions,peeled,cut lengthwise into pieces
  • 200g tomatoes,cut into cubes
  • 200g pork fillet,cut into small thin-slices
  • 800g cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • vegetable oil
  • sugar
  • fish sauce
  • seasoning sauce
  • cucumbers
  • spring onions
  • coriander roots
Step and how to cook Thai fried rice with pineapple menu.
  1. Heat the oil in a fring pan over a moderate heat until it starts vapourizing.Stir-fry the garlics until golden.Put in the pork slices and stir-frying to briefly-cooked.
  2. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry together.Season to taste with the seasoning sauce, fish sauce and sugar.
  3. Add the pineapples,onions and tomatoes,stir-frying thoroughly.Remove from the heat.
  4. Spoon the fried pineapple rice onto individual serving plates.Arrange the cucumbers and spring onions on the plates.scatter with the corianders.
