  How to cook Vermicelli Soup (Keang-Juead-Woon-Sean)
Ingredient to cook Vermicelli Soup
  • Soak the vermicelli 50g
  • Tofu, mushroom, flower water (50 g) 1/2 cup.
  • Red Chopped pork (200g) 1 cup.
  • 1 celery root early
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 cups broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Step and How to cook Vermicelli Soup
  1. Pound the garlic, coriander root and pepper thoroughly.
